- His Eminence Seán Cardinal O'Malley will present a Theology on Tap in Lexington on June 24th 2010!

- We have just redone this website, check it out!

1/16/10:

- We will be doing Arise Season 4 starting on Thursday 2/18/10.

11/22/09:

- Starting this week will have a new and better format for the weekly updates. Make sure you set your email to view it in HTML.

- We will be doing the Arise Program this Fall.

- We are expanding the group exec board, if you have any interest let us know.

1/11/09:

- We will be using the "At Home With the Word 2009" books for our Thursday meetings. Copies are free and you can pick one up at one of our Thursday meetings.

12/5/08:

- We are currently doing the Arise program as our material for the discussions on Thursday night and it is going great. The Fall 2008 Arise program consists of 6 sessions of material. Most likely we will finish in January 09 and at that time will go back to doing the usual Sundays readings. The next time we will do Arise will be for the Spring 2009 session.

11/9/08:

- We had a good executive boad meeting on 11/2/08. If you want details let us know.

- We are in the process of planning a BBQ, stay tuned...

6/18/08:

- Check out the Catholic Church social site "XT3" http://www.xt3.com It is a real cool site, kinda like Facebook but better. We also have an XT3 group for our group too. Check it all out!

6/16/08:

- The May Theology on Tap was awesome! Many people came and the speaker was great.

5/12/08:

- We will be having our first Theology on Tap on Thursday night May 22nd! It will be at 7:30pm. More details coming very very soon. Save the date, it is gonna be great!

4/1/08:

- The Eucharistic Congress for Young Adults this past weekend went great! We got to sit with the Cardinal and everything!

3/25/08:

- We recently had a great service event and a great social event, thanks to all who put them together and to those of you who came! Good times!

2/23/08:

1/26/08:

- Thanks to all who helped out with the Senior dinner on the 20th! It went great and everybody had a good time.

12/10/07:

- Indoor soccer has started! The Town Recreation Dept has indoor soccer from 8-10pm every Monday and Wednesday night. It is in the gym of Diamond Middle School and the address is 99 Hancock St, Lexington, MA 02420. It is a drop in/pick up type of deal so you can come to as much or as little as you want. More info about it can be found on the "Events Calendar" page of this site. Hope to see you there!

11/19/07:

- The new books for Bible study are in! Next time you come simply pick one up.

- The service event on 11/10, Mary's Party, went great. The church loved our help and about $11,000 was raised for the St Francis House to help the poor!

10/17/07:

- We are going to have Theology on Tap start up soon and have our first Theology on Tap sometime before 2008. - The retreat on 10/13 went great! Thanks to Tina, John, and Thomas for putting it all together!

10/2/07:

- The Hike at Blue Hill was great, fun times and there was a river otter there which made it that much cooler. Thanks to every who came!

8/28/07:

- The service trip to Catholic Charities on the 25th went excellently. 12 people came and we got a lot of work done for them. Props to Sean for putting it together!

8/23/07:

- More of the "At Home With the Word" books are here, you can pick up a copy anytime.

7/24/07:

- We are updating the group contact list, if you would like to be added or have anything changed email Billy.

7/21/07:

- Starting the 2nd Thursday of August (8/9) the 2nd Thursday of each month will be a special Thursday where we will do an activity instead of the regular Sunday readings. The rest of the Thursdays we will do the usual. See the "Group Description" and "Events Calendar" pages of the website for more info.

7/16/07:

- The BBQ was great! Near 20 people showed up and everyone had a good time. Props go to John for having it at his house.

6/19/07:

- The BBQ is going to be on Saturday 7/14 at 1pm at John's place (email me for directions). Check out the "Events Calendar" section of this website for more info. It will be cool and fun and awesome so I hope everybody can come!

- We are getting together pick up soccer games because soccer is awesome. If you want to play (which would be cool if you do!) email Billy.

6/7/07:

- We just made a facebook group for the group! Go on Facebook and search for "Lexington Catholic Young Adult Group" and click "join" and boom you are in.

6/3/07:

- The event for June 2007 is a Relationship Forum for young adults put on by the Archdiocese. Please see the "Events Calendar" section of this website for more info. Hope you can come, it will be cool!

5/29/07:

- Here is an update for the 31st. Stacia is still coming for the study of the readings, however Father Colletti and Father Smith can't come that night so they will be invited to come another time. It's still a big night so really try to come!

5/23/07:

- We were named the Catholic Young Adult Group of the month (June 2007) by CatholicYoungAdults.com! I guess we are just that good. You can check it out here http://www.catholicyoungadults.com/

5/22/07:

- Thursday Night May 31st is special because we are going to have Stacia (she is the Archdiocese Office of Young Adult Ministry Coordinator) coming to both the study of the readings and the social time afterwards. Also Fr Colletti and Fr Smith are invited to come too. So try to come if you can!

5/16/07:

- The "At Home With the Word" books for the study of the readings on Thursday nights are in, yippee! You can pick a copy up next time you come, they are free and feel free to take one for a friend.

- We are in the process of planning a BBQ for the group and anyone else who would like to come, stay tuned.
